William R. Moss, CPA, CMA
Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Campbell University in 1976. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is a qualified reviewer in the AICPA's Peer Review program, which reviews and monitors the quality of the accounting and auditing practices of member CPA firms. Bill has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and tax research and planning, including the representation of taxpayers before the IRS. His concentration has been in planning and developing income tax strategies for closely held businesses and their owners. He has advised clients in several successful merger and acquisition transactions.He is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and North Carolina. He also holds the certified management accountant designation. He is a member of various professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Management Accountants. He has over 30 years of accounting and auditing experience.

Amy M. Butala, CPA, CIA, MBA
Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and her MBA from Loyola College in Maryland. Prior to entering public accounting, she had experience as a corporate internal auditor and also as an accountant and auditor for several governments. She is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and North Carolina, and she also holds the certified internal auditor designation and is a Certified QuickBooks User. She is a member of various professional and community organizations, such as the AICPA, VSCPA, Institute of Internal Auditors, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the treasurer and board member of a local not-for-profit entity.

J. Craig Brinn, CPA
Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Old Dominion University. He has worked in public accounting for several years and also has experience with not-for-profit accounting and construction. He is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia and is a member of the AICPA and the VSCPA. He is also a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, local PTA, Kempsville Church of Christ, and the Virginia Beach Over Thirty Soccer League.
